Global Growth Director, Client Partnerships

WPP Production seeks a Business Director to drive growth and manage strategic client relationships across a portfolio of major brands. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape production strategies, and leverage AI-enabled capabilities to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You will partner with GCMD/GCL and Client Delivery to drive revenue, ensure client satisfaction, and grow the agency’s opportunities. This role requires strong storytelling, strategic thinking and leadership across functions.
