Charity Store Manager — Lead a Retail Team & Make an Impact

Age UK is seeking a Store Manager for our shop in Caversham, Reading. You will lead the day-to-day store operations, maximise sales and profits while ensuring excellent customer service, and raise funds for Age UK’s services for older people. You will manage staff and volunteers with training, development and motivation to deliver great results.

The role requires 35 hours across a 7-day week and involves handling stock up to 10kg, with interviews conducted throughout the advertising process.
