A leading international law firm is looking to strengthen its London corporate practice with the appointment of a senior Private Equity / M&A Partner.

This is a strategic hire for a practice with an established reputation advising sponsors, management teams and financial investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

The successful partner will have:

• A strong track record in private equity and/or sponsor-led M&A.
• An established network of institutional investors, PE houses and/or financial sponsors.
• A demonstrable history of originating and leading significant transactions.
• The ambition to build and develop a team around an existing client platform.
• A strong commercial approach and appetite for international work.
