Engineering Team Manager — Automation & FMCG (24/7)

Ocado Group is seeking an Engineering Team Manager for our 24/7 Customer Fulfilment Centre in Erith, Kent. You will lead a diverse team of Engineers, Technicians and Trainees, drive performance, allocate workload, and address disciplinary matters as required.

The role requires hands-on engineering capability in both mechanical and electrical streams, a background in automated FMCG environments, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement through CMMS and shift-based operations.
