Senior Contracts Manager – Roofing & Cladding Projects

McCormack Partners in Waterlooville is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead major roofing and cladding projects across the South of England. You will manage 4–5 projects concurrently, including industrial, retail and commercial sectors, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will promote quality workmanship, maintain strict HSE compliance, and coordinate with the MD and a 10-strong team, using the company’s CRM system and IT tools to track progress.
