Healthcare Cleaning Services Lead

Welbeck Oxford is opening a new state-of-the-art private healthcare centre. The Cleaning Services Lead will oversee housekeeping across the site, leading a team of five housekeepers to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental safety in a premium care setting.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will coordinate audits, support inspections, ensure COSHH and infection-control compliance, and plan rotas.
