Cost Cap Finance Analyst – Motorsport & EV Tech

Matchtech is recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst (Cost Cap) for a high‑performance motorsport team in Kidlington. You will lead the collection, validation and audit of cost data from all departments contributing to cost cap expenditure.

You will develop and maintain internal cost-tracking tools, ensure governance and timely submissions, and collaborate with engineering, operations and finance to guarantee regulatory compliance and accurate monthly reporting.
