Senior Cardiac Rehab Clinician Outpatient Lead

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an experienced cardiac rehabilitation enhanced practitioner to join the MDT. The role provides education, risk factor management and coordinated exercise in a 8-session programme across hospital and community venues.
