Regional Traveling Clinical Lead & Deputy GM (Nurse)

Barchester is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to oversee and develop clinical teams across its regional care homes. You will work closely with the General Manager to implement action plans and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires an RGN/RMN with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring qualification. You will travel across the region, lead by example, and ensure safeguarding and clinical risk standards are met.
