Specialist Palliative Medicine Doctor – Community Home Care

St Peter & St James Hospice in Lewes is seeking a Specialist Doctor in Palliative Medicine to join our team. The role focuses on supporting the Community Team and Virtual Ward, delivering symptom management and end-of-life care at patients’ homes and in outpatient settings.

The post offers opportunities to contribute to education, quality improvement, audit and research, with a 16–24 hour contract (4–6 sessions) and a non-resident on-call rota.
