Overnight Field Service Team Lead – Installations

Focal Systems is seeking a Field Service Team Lead for Edinburgh to oversee installations, lead a small team of technicians, and ensure successful deployment of our camera-based retail OS. Overnight work is possible, with focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate tasks, supervise power-tool use, and manage site-based activities to meet SLAs while training staff and ensuring accurate records.
