Employee Relations Specialist: Drive Fairness & Compliance

Selfridges is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to manage a high volume of ER cases with empathy and objectivity. You will advise line managers, ensure fair processes, and escalate complex matters to the Employee Relations Lead.

You will design manager training, create guidance letters, maintain GDPR compliant records, and analyse ER data to identify trends for proactive interventions. Collaboration with HR leadership is essential.
