Job Description:
Stratford-on-Avon District Council is seeking a qualified Property lawyer to join the Legal Service and handle planning compliance and enforcement matters for Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick District Councils.
You will manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, leases, licences, easements and related Land Registry work with supervision and mentoring where needed. Strong PQE in property law and commercial leases is essential.
