Senior HR Advisor – Regional Partner (Hybrid, Travel)

Elevation HR is partnering with a construction client to appoint a Senior HR Advisor to join the Sheffield HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid working and some travel to sites across the North West and Yorkshire, providing exposure at HR Business Partnering level.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ generalist HR experience, CIPD Level 5, and the ability to drive engagement, complex ER cases, and workforce planning. Carry a full UK driving licence to travel regionally.
