Adult Social Care Information and Support Advisor

Wiltshire Council is seeking an Information Officer to join the Advice and Contact team in a social care setting. You will respond to Adult Social Care enquiries by phone, email, and online referrals, and help prioritise and action referrals with high quality information and signposting.

The role focuses on supporting vulnerable adults to live independently within the community, requires good listening and IT skills, and offers a hybrid working model with interview date to be confirmed.
