Compassionate Care Worker — Flexible Shifts + Training Bonus

Linkers Health is seeking Care Workers in Sittingbourne to support residents across a range of needs with empathy and dignity. You will deliver person-centered care, assist with daily activities, meals and personal care while helping residents maintain independence and self-worth.

This agency role offers flexible part-time hours (20 per week), with shifts days or weekends, and an hourly rate between £10.50 and £14.50. Training is provided; DBS and right to work in the UK are required.
