Help to build a new service – We’rebuilding a brand-new team in Cobham and are looking for people who want to shape the culture from day one – With easy access from Byfleet, West Byfleet, Addlestone, Weybridge, Leatherhead and Woking.
Pay Rate: £13.90p/hLocation:Cobham, SurreyContract: Full Time, Part time & BankShift Pattern:Monday–Sunday, working alternate weekends
Day shifts Varied between: 07.00 – 22:00Waking Night Shifts: 22:00-7:00
About the Role
You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge in a 24/7 care setting. Every day is different, and every moment matters. Whether that’s supporting someone to gain confidence using public transport, enjoy a day out with friends, work towards employment, build independence or achieve something they never thought possible, you’ll play a huge part in helping people live the lives they choose.
We’re looking for people who:
- Have experience as aSupport Worker, Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a customer-facing role where you’ve supported others
- Are committed to providing person-centred care with empathy and respect
We’ll provide full training—including NAPPI & BSL—and ongoing support to help you grow and succeed.
