Build Space is currently on the hunt for an experiencedEstimatorfor one of our top clients — a highly regarded, delivery-focused Main Contractor with a strong track record across Industrial & Logistics, Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Student Accommodation and Mixed-Use construction.

As Estimator you will be working on:

• Large distribution centre and big box I&L projects
• Sports & Leisure schemes for Premier League football clubs
• Commercial, Residential & Mixed Use developmentsWhat we’re looking for:

• An experienced Estimator with a strong Main Contractor background
• A solid grounding in I&L, Commercial, Residential or Sports & Leisure sectors
• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing from first principles
• Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, package analysis and value engineering
• Someone commercially astute who can work independently and as part of an established pre-construction teamThe detail:

• Freelance:£400–£450 per day
• Permanent:£65,000–£85,000 per annum
• Salary/rate dependent on experience
• Both freelance and permanent candidates will be considered
• Hybrid working available depending on project requirements
