Night-Shift Retail Team Leader

John Lewis Partnership’s Waitrose shop is hiring a Team Leader to inspire service and food passion, driving customer satisfaction and store performance. You will lead a team, support managers, and coordinate shop activities to deliver outstanding partner-led service.

Role is 37.5 hours across four days, with hours 20:30–07:00; night shift premium of £3.75 per hour applies. DBS checks and vetting may be required during recruitment, and we encourage early applications to avoid delays.
