London Grounds Maintenance Technician (Vehicle Required)

Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative for London properties. The role covers social housing estates and communal areas, carrying out grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning and general garden maintenance.

You will work 8:00am to 5:00pm, travel across London using your own vehicle, and be paid £16.45 per hour CIS. This ongoing position requires safe working practices and the ability to work independently while engaging with residents.
