We Are Swim is seeking an Operations Assistant to support at venues, helping deliver a first-class, clean, warm and safe experience for every visit. You will welcome families, engage with parents and ensure swimmers receive exceptional support.

You will uphold hygiene and safety, communicate confidently with customers, and contribute to a positive brand experience while training is provided and opportunities to work across multiple locations emerge.
