Lead Grounds & Gardens Manager – Boutique Hotel Estate

Homewood is seeking a Head of Grounds to lead a small team and actively work on the estate grounds just outside Bath. Your role combines hands-on garden care with strategic development of the grounds to enhance the guest experience.

You will bring strong horticultural knowledge, practical leadership, and a proactive approach to plan and execute projects while managing safety and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site position within the Kaleidoscope Collection.
