Head Chef – Lead & Elevate High-Volume Pub Dining

The Black Dog in Vauxhall is seeking an ambitious Head Chef to take ownership of the kitchen, elevate the dining offer, and drive the business forward. You will lead a team of 10, refine menus with seasonal dishes, and balance quality with cost efficiency.
