Subject: Maths
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Start: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Year Groups: KS3 & KS4
KS5: Desirable
Contract potential: Permanent opportunity available
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons, monitoring student progress and creating a positive classroom environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for Maths and helping young people succeed
- The ability to engage, motivate and inspire students
- High expectations of student achievement
- A positive and adaptable approach
- ECTs are very welcome to apply
