The role involves covering sickness and annual leave, preparing safe, nutritious meals to diverse patient diets, and ensuring compliance with food safety and NHS procedures.

The ideal candidate has City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ Level 2, with further 706/2 or NVQ Level 3 preferred, and experience in supervising catering staff.
