Pastoral Lead – SEN School, Safeguarding & Wellbeing

The Education Network is recruiting a Pastoral Lead for an SEN school in Gloucester. You will be integral to the SLT, leading safeguarding, behaviour, welfare and attendance initiatives across the school.

Your role includes creating a welcoming environment and driving policy and safeguarding through all procedures. You will oversee and develop policy, manage complex data, and support the wellbeing of students and staff.
