School Catering Food Service Assistant (Part-Time)

Vertas is seeking a Food Service Assistant to join our Catering Team at Outwood Academy Valley, S81 7EN. This part-time role is 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00, across 39.2 weeks per year, delivering high quality food service in a clean, safe environment for pupils and staff.

You will assist with meal prep and serving, provide friendly customer service, maintain hygiene, follow food safety procedures, and support kitchen duties.
