Lake District Head Chef – Accommodation Included

DDH Recruitment Ltd in the Lake District area is seeking a Head Chef for a permanent role at a Cumbria hotel. The position offers up to 33,000 GBP per year plus bonus, with on-site accommodation available.

You will lead the kitchen, create imaginative menus, recruit and train staff, manage stock orders, and ensure quality, health and safety, and budget targets are met. Rosette experience is advantageous; a Sous Chef looking to step up is welcome.
