The Bicester School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary English Teacher to join its dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5, fostering a love for literature and language among students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging English lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.
• Teach a range of topics including literature, language, and writing skills across KS3–KS5.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations, including GCSEs and A-Levels.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
