Beauty Counter Manager — Skincare & Team Leadership

DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, is seeking a full-time Counter Manager for the Sephora counter in Bristol on a 1-year contract. You will lead store staff, drive sales, manage scheduling and inventories, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and DECIEM’s brand experience.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience in beauty or luxury goods, strong leadership, and a passion for skincare.
