Autism Support Worker — Independence & Community

Perthyn is recruiting experienced Female Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to a lady with autism, enabling her to learn new skills and participate in her community. You will work as part of a team, building independence through daily living activities and engaging in social and leisure pursuits.

The role offers comprehensive induction, shadow shifts, regular supervision, and in-depth training. Flexible shifts include mornings, days, afternoons, evenings, and sleep-ins.
