Field-Based Property Inspector – Residential Lettings

BCT Resourcing is recruiting a Property Inspections Clerk for a field-based role covering Upminster and surrounding areas. You will visit residential properties to carry out inspections, assess condition, and produce detailed reports for landlords and internal teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organisation, and clear communication with tenants and landlords, with full training provided and a Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00 pattern.
