Retail Store Colleague – Energetic Customer Service & Display

Naylor’s Equestrian Llp is seeking a Store Colleague in Southampton to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and ensure high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with a supportive team, using handheld devices to check stock and guide customers through options, while maintaining a clean, well-presented store. Weekend and evening shifts may be required.
