Hybrid Quantity Surveyor – Public Sector Projects Sunderland

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Northern office in Sunderland. You will work on public sector projects, managing assignments under supervision and acting as Employer’s Agent to coordinate stakeholders and ensure delivery aligns with client objectives.

The role requires a Quantity Surveying degree, 2+ years of experience, and being able to commute to Sunderland. APC diary progress and Employer’s Agent experience are advantageous.
