Community Engagement & Referral Specialist

Shaw Trust is seeking a Community Integration Officer to proactively engage with local community groups, Job Centres and NHS services to increase referrals and participant starts across West Yorkshire. The role focuses on community-based delivery, cross-sector collaboration and improving engagement with Shaw Trust’s IPS service.

You will travel across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Kirklees, building partnerships with health professionals, employers and community organisations.
