Duty Manager: Events, Safety & Guest Care

Bishopsgate Institute is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the safe and effective operation of the building on a day‑to‑day basis. The role includes opening and closing the venue, supervising staff, liaising with visitors and clients, and acting as Fire Warden and First Aider as required.

You will support the delivery of events, activities, and venue hires, provide general operational assistance, and handle on‑the‑spot issues.
