We have exciting opportunities for Specialist Skills Trainer to join our Operations team in Pilgrim’s Europe – at Ballymena site.
Shift : Mon – Fri, 6am – 2:30pm
Contract – Permanent

The Role
Reporting to the Site Training Lead, you will co-ordinate, track and deliver all job specific and key skills training required for an assigned area or shift. Duties will include an introduction to the department when a colleague joins or transfers into to a new role, ensuring completion of and competency against job specific SOPs, refresher training and updates and ad hoc training as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a training, coaching, or supervisory role within a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and record-keeping abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety requirements.
- Ability to motivate and develop others.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and training administration.
