About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Salaried General Practitioners to join a well-established, forward-thinking GP practice in Wadhurst.
The practice is recruiting due to both planned growth and an upcoming vacancy, with one position available immediately and a second commencing from October. You’ll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care, with 15-minute appointments and flexible working arrangements where service needs allow.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations
- Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions
- Develop personalised treatment and management plans
- Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber
- Refer patients appropriately to secondary and community services
- Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement
What We’re Looking ForEssential
- MRCGP qualified
- Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
- Inclusion on the GMC GP Register
- Listed on an NHS National Performers List (England, Wales or Northern Ireland)
- Independent Prescriber
- UK based
- Excellent communication and patient-centred consultation skills
Desirable
- Experience using SystmOne
- Interest in collaborative multidisciplinary working
- Desire to contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice
