ER Lead – EMEA & Works Council Expert

Atlassian seeks a senior Employee Relations specialist based in the UK to manage complex, high-risk ER matters across the EMEA region. You will lead Works Council engagement and consultations, partner with HRBPs and Employment Legal, and guide leaders on performance and disciplinary matters.
