Hybrid Finance Business Partner – Local Government

Hertsmere is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our management accounting team. The role provides operational and strategic financial support across all service areas, including budget monitoring, forecasting and financial advice.

The post supports the Council’s PMO in delivering key projects aligned with priorities. We require an accountancy qualification or equivalent, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
