Strategic Indirect Procurement Lead

Halma plc in Havant is seeking a Category Manager to lead indirect spend across Facilities, Logistics, Recruitment, Marketing and IT. You will act as the procurement lead and commercial partner for assigned categories, balancing service quality, cost and risk while ensuring contract governance.

You will develop category strategies, build roadmaps, run tenders and negotiations, manage supplier performance, and drive sustainability and value through TCO.
