Senior Contracts Manager — Construction Projects

Barnfield Construction Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects valued between £2m and £20m, working both on site and in the office. You will lead project teams, manage procurement, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results across refurbishment and new-build schemes in the Northwest.

The role requires at least 3 years in similar roles, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage complex contracts while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
