Defence Mess & Hospitality Operations Lead

Compass Group UK & Ireland – ESS is seeking an experienced Mess Manager to lead catering, hospitality and soft FM at RAF Cranwell. You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional service, and maintain compliance within a Defence environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong budgeting skills, and a focus on customer experience across formal functions and daily mess services. 40 hours/week, with occasional weekend functions, on-site at RAF Cranwell.
