Guest Experience Ambassador (Front Desk)

Staycity Group is seeking a Reception Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and answer inquiries at our London-area properties. You will help maintain a polished reception area and promote Staycity benefits to guests.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and customer service skills, with training provided. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not required, and a friendly, proactive attitude is essential.
