London Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical & Plumbing

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS HOUSE is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the Facilities team at our Great Portland Street property in London. You will maintain mechanical plant, plumbing systems and building services, undertake PPM and reactive repairs, fault-find on BMS and support refurbishment projects.

You will liaise with contractors and residents, deputise for the Facilities Manager when required, and participate in a 1-in-3 out-of-hours emergency on-call rota.
