Norse Care’s Lydia Eva Court in Gorleston is seeking a Casual Care Team Leader to supervise staff and oversee day-to-day care, with shifts 19:00–07:00, Monday to Sunday.

You will build relationships with colleagues and health and social care professionals, champion person-centred care, and empower residents to make informed choices in line with care plans.
