Practice Manager: Social Care Leader for Learning Disabilities (Hybrid)

Vale of Glamorgan Council in Barry is seeking a Team Manager to oversee a team within the Learning Disability service and to coordinate care for people with learning disabilities and their families. This role operates on a hybrid model, with arrangements agreed with the supervisor.

The post requires an Enhanced DBS check and includes 37 hours per week on the Grade 10 SCP 36–39 pay scale (£47,665–£51,928). You will lead the team to deliver high-quality services.
