Isle of Wight Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner

The Isle of Wight CMHS is seeking an experienced Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Service. You will manage a caseload of people with severe and enduring mental health needs, providing assessment, care coordination and evidence-based interventions.

Work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, support junior colleagues and help shape high-quality community mental health care as our locality model develops.
