Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist – Primary Care GP Practice

Meeveem Limited is recruiting a GPhC-registered pharmacist to join a multidisciplinary primary care team in Bury. You will undertake prescribing responsibilities, manage acute and non-urgent patient care, and support cost-effective prescribing within two town centre sites.

The role includes face-to-face and telephone consultations, delivery of flu vaccination clinics, and collaboration with GPs and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care across the practice.
