Commercial Finance Partner — Onboarding & Governance Lead

THG Ingenuity in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner to lead onboarding of new clients, translate contracts into financial and system processes, and govern billing structures from day one.

The role will lead a team of four finance professionals, overseeing revenue accounting, client profitability analysis, inventory finance, forecasting and fixed cost management, while driving governance and process improvements across the onboarding lifecycle.
